Flowers (Perishable Items)
Due to the nature of fresh flowers:
All flower sales are final
We do not accept returns on perishable items
If there is an issue with your order (damage, quality, or incorrect item):
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos for review
We will offer a replacement or partial/full refund where appropriate
Plants, Pots & Non-Perishable Items
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
Items must be unused and in original condition
Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable items:
Used or damaged items (not caused by delivery)
Sale items (unless faulty)
Delivery Issues
If no one is available at delivery:
We will leave the order in a safe place where possible
Or attempt to contact the recipient
Redelivery may incur an additional charge
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
