Returns & Refund Policy


Flowers (Perishable Items)

Due to the nature of fresh flowers:

  • All flower sales are final

  • We do not accept returns on perishable items

If there is an issue with your order (damage, quality, or incorrect item):

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos for review

  • We will offer a replacement or partial/full refund where appropriate


Plants, Pots & Non-Perishable Items

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by delivery)

  • Sale items (unless faulty)


Delivery Issues

If no one is available at delivery:

  • We will leave the order in a safe place where possible

  • Or attempt to contact the recipient

  • Redelivery may incur an additional charge


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Plants, pots & non-perishable items:

    Yes—items must be returned to our store within 7 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unused and in original condition

    • Proof of purchase required

  • We currently do not offer return collection. Customers are responsible for returning items to the store
